A Timeline of Growth

Breaking Ground
It started with a question: Why should the North-East depend on clay bricks when the world is moving towards greener solutions? In Rangia, Assam, our first plant was born. Not just a facility, but a promise—to bring aerated autoclaved blocks to every site that values strength and sustainability.
Strengthening the Bond
As demand grew, so did the need for smarter bonding solutions. We launched our in-house ready-mix mortar, Green Bond—built for speed, precision, and zero waste.
Expanding the Horizon
With a second AAC block plant set up in Silchar, we strengthened our reach across the lower North-East—shortening delivery times and reinforcing strong local partnerships.
Becoming Truly Green
This year marked our boldest leap yet—scaling Silchar's capacity, transitioning to solar power, and introducing our 28 kg Green Bond mortar. Our mission wasn't just to build. It was to build responsibly.
